Does SCF do multi-family or apartment installations?
A. We work on some assisted living and nursing home type projects but we do not do apartments, condo’s, or multifamily high rise type projects
Does SCF do residential work ( carpet vinyl, and ceramic )?
We provide very limited residential services and only for commercial customers.
What States are geographic area does SCF work in?
The primary area we service is within 100 miles of metro Atlanta but we can provide installation services throughout the southeast. We also have a business license in Fla, Ala, Tn, No / So Carolina and have done major projects in all these states.
Are you a minority business or can you JV with a minority partner?
A. SCF is a certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise.
What are SCF’s qualifications?
A. We have been in business for 30 years and can bond up to 10 mil in multiple jobs and we carry maximum insurance.
How long will it take to get material and the job installed?
For a smaller job that incorporate quick ship material allow 2 weeks, for special orders and large jobs allow 6 to 8 weeks for material and allow about 1 week per each 20,000 sq/ft for the installation time frame
What products and what budget should I use for my floor-covering?
